Pyramids of Meroe

 Quenched or Marwah AF or Midway or Bedoa in irrigated and in Greek (Μερόη) are all names for the city of Meroe is a city relics in northern Sudan is located on the east bank of the Nile River, about about 6 kilometers to the north-east of Kpohah station near from the city of Shendi, and lies about 200 kilometers from the Sudanese capital Khartoum.

There are near the site a cluster of villages called Abajraoah.kant this city, the capital of the Queen of Kush for several centuries, was launched Kushites this name for each island or a peninsula between the Atbara River in the north and the Blue Nile in the south and the River Nile in the east called this region geographically province name lining.

Merowe is located in the eastern edge of this region that contains two Kohien two important Naqaa. and Musawwarat, the most distinguishing feature of Meroe site is the presence of more than 200 Pyramid in three groups, called the pyramids Cushitic name which is distinctive sizes and dimensions of buildings, many of which have crashed through the ages
